Andrea Lachelle (Wade) Jacobs

Andrea Lechelle Wade-Jacobs was born on December 12, 1968, as eldest daughter to A.B
Wade Sr. and Bettye Wade. Andrea Wade, 54, passed on September 23rd, 2023 at UT
Southern Hospital surrounded by cherished family and friends. In her early life she attended
Memorial City School of Nursing in Houston and The University of Texas. She worked as a LVN
for 24 years, caring for UT Southwestern, Autumn Leaves Nursing Home and Home Health in

the Dallas/DFW area.

She leaves to cherish her memories to her loving husband of 32 years, Reginald Jacobs, one
beloved daughter Madison Tyrese-Wade-Jacobs, one beloved son Carlos Thompson(Tara) of
Houston Texas, one beautiful granddaughter Skye Noelle Thompson, two beloved brothers A.B
Wade Jr.(Kathleen) of Lewisville Texas and Ray Brown of Arlington Texas, In-Laws, Sheldon
Holden(Veronica) of Arlington, Latoya Jones-Wicker(Chadalerick) of Dallas Texas, Chere
Jones(Monterrio) of Dallas Texas, Carmichael Warren of Killeen Texas, her beautiful mother
Bettye Wade of Sulphur Springs and a large host of loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Preceding in death A.B Wade Sr., and youngest daughter Destinee Wade-Jacobs.
