Ericia Franklin

Ericia Latrice Franklin was born January 14, 1973. She was called home June 20, 2024. Preceded in death by her mother’s Evelyn Freeman, Brenda Sue (Father JW), and brother Michael Shannon. The beloved you call her Ericia, but we call her Peaches, mom, auntie, sister and granny gran. Peaches was born in Mexia, Texas she moved to Dallas Texas at the age of 13.

Then she later received her G.E.D. She loved to cook, take care of her family. She was also into decorating and had a bit of O.C.D when it came to cleanliness. She was also into of big Mary J sunglasses.

 She leaves behind five children, Andrea Clayton, Paul Lord, Ciera Taylor, Shane Smith and Summer Smith; five grandchildren; seven siblings James, Joyce, Bridget, Deborah, Ebony, Chasie, and Mark; a best friend, Joyce; and a host of nieces and nephews. She will be fondly remembered by loved ones.
