Suzanne (Henley) Gordon

Suzanne Henley Gordon was born February 4, 1945, to the parentage of Phil T. Henley and Faula Mae Boose Henley. She grew up in Sulphur Springs, Texas and attended Douglass High School. She worked at H.D. Lee and later Hopkins County Memorial Hospital where she worked until she had to retire due to her illness.

Sue was called home to glory on August 2, 2024, and is preceded in death by husband, Jimmie Gordon; son, Jay Gordon; father, Phil Henley; and mother, Faula Henley; sisters, Lou Thomas, Brenda Henley, Lila Henley, Connie Green, Nancy Henley and Bennie Berry; two brothers, Terry Henley and Don Nickerson.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories: daughter, Lisa Gordon (Stephen); two grandchildren, Zacchaeus Gordon and Jacory Paul Gordon; sister, Laura Bell; brother, Richard Henley and a host of other family and friends.
