Timothy Lynn Gantt born on August 24, 1967 to the late SFC Paul Gantt and
the late Bettie J. Reagan Gantt. He was a loving husband, father, brother,
son, and friend. Timothy gained his wings on the afternoon of Thursday,
March 14, 2024, in Dallas, Texas.
He was a member of the Temple of Deliverance Church, where he served
faithfully over security as well as in whatever other capacity of which he was
asked. He was an active member of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand
Lodge of Texas and Jurisdiction, F. & A. M. New Day Lodge #655. He had a
strong passion for cooking.
He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Mrs. Anna Reagan Royster; his
father, SFC Paul Gantt; his mother, Betty Joyce Gantt; his stepmother
Leana Gantt and his uncle frank Reagan.
He had a heart of gold and never met a stranger. He was always there when
we needed him. He leaves to cherish his memories his loving wife, Meegan
Houston Gantt; his brothers, Marcus (Eyerusalem), Britton, and James; his
sisters: Deanna (Phil), Natalie, and Bridgette; daughter Olivia Polk;
Nephew Donovyn Gantt; nieces: Selma and Serena; Uncles: Richard (Joyce)
Gantt, William Royster, George Gantt; aunts: Anita Reagan, Barbara
(James) Banks, Dorothy (Kevin) Hall, Della (Terrance) Rowe; and a host of
cousins and very close friends.
We will always carry him in our hearts and continue his helping, caring
spirit.
